Equinox is here and I find a greater balance through making plant medicine in preparation for the winter to come.
I have made over a gallon of elderberry syrup already!
I plan to harvest spilanthes and tulsi (sacred basil) to make more delicious and healthful concoctions this fall. Joy!
Join us for the Vermont Yoga Festival October 15-17 at Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier. To purchase passes, visit www.vermontyogafestival.com
This year's Festival occurs in conjunction with Montpelier's Art Walk on Friday October 15th. Artists who are also part of the Festival will display pieces at VT College. I have the honor of showing my most recent collages. Stop by to see them!
I will show my work again at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism's annual fundraiser. This year's event, Art from the Earth, features local artists who make nature-inspired pieces as well as a silent auction, wine, cheese, and sweet and savory treats. For details, visit www.vtherbcenter.org
Stop by 250 Main Street (at the top of the hill just before Towne Hill Road turnoff) in Montpelier on Friday November 19th from 6 to 9 pm and enjoy!
