cornbread

I love making this cornbread and drizzling strawberries cooked with maple syrup over it.

GRAIN FREE CORNBREAD

You will need:

1 1/2 cups cornmeal

1 cup arrowroot flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup plant milk

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Oil an 8x8 baking dish with olive oil.

Mix all the ingredients together in the order listed.

Bake for 25 minutes. Test with a knife. Bake 5 minutes more if needed.
